Overview
Raw grain arrives at the mill mixed with straw, chaff, stones, dust and metal fragments, and these impurities reduce milling efficiency and damage downstream machinery. The Vibrating Screen Seed Cleaning Equipment removes these contaminants in a single pass, preparing a uniform feed for milling, drying or storage.
Grain enters the machine and is spread across a set of oscillating screen decks of different mesh sizes. Coarse screens hold back straw and large debris, fine screens rattle sand and broken kernels through, and the lighter chaff is carried away by an aspiration fan. A magnetic separator downstream catches iron particles that could spark or damage equipment.
The screen decks are mounted on rubber cushions and driven by a counter balanced eccentric shaft, giving a smooth reciprocating motion that cleans efficiently while using little power. Screen changes are simple, so the machine can switch between rice, wheat, corn and other grains to match the current production schedule.

Applications
The Vibrating Screen Seed Cleaning Equipment is used in rice mills, flour mills, oil mills, feed plants and grain storage depots. It cleans paddy, wheat, corn, soybean, rapeseed and sunflower seed before milling, storage or processing, and it can be combined with a destoner to form a complete grain cleaning section.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
The cleaner is shipped with the screen decks locked for transit and the aspiration fan and motor wrapped separately. Painted steel surfaces are protected with film and all openings are sealed. Screen cloths, spare rubber cushions and an operation manual are included, and the machine carries a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defects.
